Nestled at the foothills of the Maluti Mountains, encircled by majestic sandstone cliffs and ridges, you will find a place of unparalleled beauty and splendor... a place where you can leave the mundane behind for a while and breath fresh mountain air as your feet find their rhythm over the flowing hills and the multi-colored layers of sandstone walls and caves of this mountain paradise.

All event entry fees include:
Stunning trails, well marked routes, well stocked water points, permanent ablutions and showers, medical support, a unique Eastern Free State farm experience, a lovely sundowner experience and much, much more.
OPTIONAL ENTRY ADD-ONS
Please note that access to the lazy lounge with the free coffee and snack zone is for stage race participants and those with supporter packages only. Single day participants will be able to buy food and drinks at the bar and food stand in the race village.
LUXURY CHALET ACCOMMODATION AT THE RACE VILLAGE
Not everyone is keen on tented camping but want to stay as close as possible to the race village. The good news is that the race venue has a number of luxury chalets available. Go to the PANGEA PRODUCTIONS to get all the information on these chalets and to make bookings.

2 litres of water
Mini first aid kit – Strap, elastic bandage, anti-cramp tablets, anti-histamine, wound dressing, disinfectant.
You must carry a card with all your medical details on it such a Doctor’s telephone number, Medical insurance number, emergency telephone number and contact name, blood group, any allergies etc. This must be inside a sealed ziplock bag and on your person.
Rain/cold weather – You will NOT be allowed to go out onto the trails without any of this if the weather is foul. We will make that decision on the morning of the run – ensure you have it available!
“Water proof” rain jacket [Please note that a “wind proof” shell is NOT necessarily a “Rain proof” jacket, although a rain jacket is wind proof…] PLEASE make sure you understand the difference between the 2 garments – test it! We will have no hesitation turning you away if you have the incorrect foul weather gear.
Other useful items (not compulsory):
Sunblock, sun glasses, small camera, positive attitude and a sense of humour.
